The Veridian Corporate Centre is a new, upscale commercial office building complex located near the exclusive Lyford Cay community in western New Providence. IBS provided a full array of services to the development team, including civil infrastructure design, permitting, tender process management, contract administration, and construction quality control.
Lyford Corporate Centre

IBS provided civil infrastructure design services for the Lyford Corporate Centre, an upscale office complex strategically located within minutes of the exclusive Lyford Cay community in western New Providence. We also provided support services to the development team during the permitting phase of the construction documents.
Windsor Business Park
Location: New Providence, The Bahamas

The Windsor Business Park is a commercial office complex located within three minutes of Lynden Pindling International Airport in the western district of New Providence. IBS designed the civil infrastructure for the site and provided support services to the development team during the permitting phase of the construction documents. During the construction phase, our team performed construction quality control inspections to ensure conformity with construction documents.
Arawak Cay Port
Location: New Providence, Bahamas

This port facility is the primary commercial container port for the island of New Providence and required all engineering design services to follow strict adherence to international port security protocol. IBS civil infrastructure designs included paving, grading and drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, power distribution, and telecommunications systems. Our team also managed permitting and governmental approval for all civil designs and provided construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
Western Hardware and Lumber Co., Ltd.
Location: New Providence, The Bahamas
Services: Structural Engineering, Construction Quality Control
IBS provided structural design and consulting services for the construction of a warehouse and commercial space for one of New Providence’s leading hardware supply companies and we also provided construction quality control services throughout the erection of the structure. The space also houses Caribbean Landscape Home & Garden Center and Bloom, a flower shop.
National Centre for the Performing Arts

IBS was proud to be selected as part of the team that converted the Shirley Street Theatre, a beloved institution, to the National Theatre for the Performing Arts, an important cultural space. Our structural design services consisted of designs for the new stage system. IBS also performed construction quality control services throughout the installation of the works.
